1. Scope
This policy applies to the public Toumiō Labs website and its pages hosted at Toumiō Labs web addresses, including this site. It does not automatically govern MoCHi, Haven or a third-party service linked from this site. Those products may have additional notices that apply when you use them.
2. Information you provide
The current public website does not require an account, ask visitors to submit information through a form, or provide a public sign-up flow. If you contact Toumiō Labs through a contact method added later, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message and related details.
3. Account and contact information
Any account or contact information used by MoCHi or another Toumiō Labs product is subject to the product-specific notice presented for that service. This public-site policy does not make claims about what a product stores, logs, encrypts, deletes or uses for training.
4. Technical and usage information
Hosting, delivery and security providers may process standard technical information needed to serve and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser or device characteristics, requested URL, timestamps, referring page and error or diagnostic information. We have not set a product-specific retention schedule for this information in this policy.
5. Cookies and local storage
Based on the current implementation, the public site does not intentionally set advertising cookies, use analytics cookies or write to browser local storage. Your browser, hosting provider, security tools or a linked product may handle data according to their own settings and policies.
6. How information is used
Information handled in connection with the public site may be used to deliver pages, maintain functionality, help secure the service, diagnose errors, respond to messages if a contact channel is available, and understand or improve the site. We do not use this page to promise a particular product analytics or data-processing practice that is not documented for that product.
7. Service providers and infrastructure
Toumiō Labs uses hosting and infrastructure providers to make the site available. The public site is deployed through Cloudflare Pages. These providers may process technical request information as necessary to provide hosting, delivery and security. Linked products may use additional providers under their own terms and privacy policies.
8. MoCHi and third-party AI providers
MoCHi is a BYOK product: users may connect third-party AI providers using their own API keys. Requests sent to a provider, including any prompts, files, context or other material included in a request, may be processed by that provider. The provider’s privacy policy, terms, retention practices and use of data apply to that processing. Protect your keys and review each provider’s documentation before connecting it.
Unless a current MoCHi notice says otherwise, do not read this policy as a promise about whether MoCHi or a connected provider retains, logs, encrypts, deletes or uses requests or keys for training. Those implementation-specific facts require product-level confirmation.
9. Security
We use hosting and operational measures intended to support the security and availability of the public site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Product-specific security practices should be confirmed in the relevant product documentation.
10. Retention
Retention depends on the type of information, why it is needed and the provider handling it. Toumiō Labs has not published a single fixed retention period for public-site technical information or future contact messages. Information should be removed or de-identified when it is no longer needed, subject to provider processes, legal obligations and legitimate operational needs.
11. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of or portability for personal information, or to object to certain processing. The current site has no public account or privacy-request form. A monitored contact method for these requests still needs to be added before relying on this policy for a broader launch.
12. International processing
Toumiō Labs and its infrastructure or product providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. The safeguards and transfer mechanisms that apply can depend on the provider and the applicable law.
13. Children and minors
The public site is not directed to children, and Toumiō Labs does not knowingly ask children to submit personal information through the current public site. If you believe a child has provided information to Toumiō Labs, use the contact method once published so the matter can be reviewed.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site, MoCHi, Haven and related services develop. The “Last updated” date above indicates when this page was most recently reviewed. Material changes should be reflected on this page before they are relied on for new processing.
15. Contact
Contact method to be added: Toumiō Labs should publish a monitored email address or other reliable contact channel for privacy questions and requests before broader commercial use. Until then, this page is an informational starting point, not a substitute for a reviewed product-specific privacy notice.
